Base Jumping Videos

These base jumping videos consist of those parachute jumps performed without the assistance of an aircraft.

In a perfect sense, B.A.S.E. is an acronym for jumping from Buildings, Antennas, Spans, and Earth. Any bridge is considered a span. Furthermore, any cliff is considered earth. By definition, all of the objects are fixed, meaning they are attached and don’t have a significant movement.

In contrast to the perfect sense of the definition, you may see base jumping videos here that are not from one of those platforms. For instance, jumping from a hot air balloon is considered a base jump by some, but not all. We are showing videos here using the broader definition of the term.

The term ‘base’ is forever evolving to include jumps made from platforms that are not fixed. Our apologies to the flat earthers.
