Airplane Stalls as Skydivers are Exiting — Heart-Stopping Video Captures Mid-Air Incident
A recently surfaced video titled “Airplane Stalls as Skydivers are Exiting” has gone viral in the air sports community, capturing a harrowing moment during what was meant to be a routine skydiving jump. The footage, filmed from the perspective of one of the skydivers as they prepared to jump, shows an aircraft suddenly losing lift and entering a stall just as jumpers are leaving the plane.
The unsettling sequence begins moments after the jump door opens. As skydivers begin to exit the aircraft, the airplane abruptly becomes unbalanced, its airflow disrupted and lift lost — the textbook definition of an aerodynamic stall. In an instant, the plane pitches and begins to descend almost vertically, just as jumpers are leaving the safety of the cabin.
Despite the dramatic visuals, there were no reported injuries.
