Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

tonight. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

noon tomorrow. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

No significant winter weather is expected for the remainder of the
