Very cold wind chills of 5 below to around 15 below zero are
expected tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY


Bitter cold wind chills of zero to 15 below will be found again
early Tuesday morning.

A storm system is expected to impact the area with snow and a
wintry mix from Wednesday through Friday night.

The Flood Warning continues for
The Illinois River at La Salle, or from Starved Rock Lock and Dam
downstream to confluence with Big Bureau Creek.
* until Thursday morning.
* At 945 AM Sunday the stage was 20.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to rise near 20.9 feet by Monday
afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage by early Thursday
morning.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet...Agricultural areas in La Salle, Spring
Valley, and Peru lowlands are flooded.
