This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a Large Part of Arkansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A few thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon and tonight.
The chance for severe thunderstorms will remain low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday Through Sunday

Unsettled weather is expected through much of the week. There will
be some potential for localized flash flooding. Ongoing river
flooding could be aggravated as well depending on how much rain
falls. At this time, the threat of organized or widespread severe
storms remains low.

Late in the weekend or early next week, much colder air will move
into Arkansas.

The Mississippi River Near Arkansas City
* until Saturday April 18.
* At 8:00 PM Sunday the stage was 42.8 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 37.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 43.0 feet Tuesday
April 07.
* Impact...At 42.0 feet...Water approaches the first structure at the
Donaldson Point Hunting Club in Bolivar County.
