* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and northeast Wisconsin.
* WHEN...Until noon CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sporadic winds around 5 mph will continue
overnight into Sunday morning, resulting in wind chill readings of
20 to 30 below zero at times.
