* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 38 below zero.

* WHERE...All of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 38 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a

Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight


Dangerous wind chills of 25 to 40 degrees below zero are expected
this morning. A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday


Another period of arctic air will bring frigid temperatures and
dangerously cold wind chills for Thursday into the weekend, with
wind chills of 40 to 60 degrees below zero possible. Temperatures
this weekend will potentially be the coldest temperatures and wind
chills seen in the past several years for portions of the
Northland.
