This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwestern
Connecticut, western Massachusetts, southern Vermont, and the Mid
Hudson Valley and Taconics in eastern New York.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
There is a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms this afternoon
into this evening, with the main threat being isolated damaging wind
gusts and small hail.
Storms will be capable of producing heavy downpours with some areas
potentially experiencing multiple rounds of rain and thunderstorms.
Due to the possibility of isolated urban and poor drainage flooding,
there is a also marginal risk for flash flooding this afternoon into
tonight.
