Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

Isolated to scattered non-severe storms are possible this
afternoon.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday
Freezing temperatures are expected Wednesday morning. Precautions
should be taken to protect cold sensitive plants.
Periodic storms Thursday night through the weekend. It is too
early to discern if any day would have a severe threat.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted,
Wabasha, and Winona Counties. In Wisconsin, Buffalo and
Trempealeau Counties.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM CDT Wednesday.
