This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Arkansas,
southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana,
southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.


No organized severe weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.


A round of thunderstorms will be possible Thursday afternoon and
evening along and north of Interstate 30 across northeast Texas,
southwest Arkansas, and southeast Oklahoma ahead of a cold front.
Some storms may be severe with damaging winds and large hail being
the main threats.

Big Cypress Bayou At Caddo Lake affecting Caddo, Cass, Marion and
Harrison Counties.

For the Big Cypress Bayou...including Jefferson, Caddo Lake...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

- At 6:00 PM CDT Wednesday, the stage was 153.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 142.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 6:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 154.0 feet.
- Forecast...A slow recession will continue at Wallace Lake
over the next few days, although the lake will remain above
the 151 foot flood stage through at least Sunday.
- Flood stage is 151.0 feet.
