This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern and
central Missouri as well as west central and southwest Illinois.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Wind chills are expected to be between 10 and 25 below zero will
improve slightly this afternoon, but will remain near or slightly below
zero through the day.
Light accumulating snow begins this morning and afternoon, and will
become heavy in many areas overnight through tomorrow morning.
Widespread travel impacts are expected, with the worst conditions
expected across the southern half of Missouri and Illinois.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
Heavy snow in the morning in many areas will gradually diminish
through the afternoon, but impacts from heavy snow on roads may
persist due to the very cold temperatures.
Another round of bitter cold wind chills between 10 and 20 below zero
can be expected Sunday night and Monday morning.

7 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, and west central
Illinois and central, east central, and northeast Missouri.
* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 6 PM CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
