This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois and west
central Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.


Patchy frost and near freezing temperatures are possible tonight,
primarily north of a line from Havana to Bloomington-Normal.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.


Greater coverage of frost area-wide is anticipated Saturday night,
as low temperatures drop into the 32-34 degree range.

Minor flooding will continue along the Illinois River for several
more days.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated tonight.

and Cass Counties.

Illinois River near Havana affecting Fulton, Mason and Cass
Counties.

moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* IMPACTS...At 14.4 feet, Seepage problems begin in the Coal Creek
Drainage and Levee District.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 15.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:45 PM CDT Friday was 15.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Friday, April 26 and continue falling to 13.9 feet Friday,
April 26.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
