central Illinois, southeast Illinois and west central Illinois.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Wind chill values this morning will range between zero and 10 below
zero. Prolonged exposure to these conditions may lead to frostbite.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
After a brief moderation of temperatures midweek, cold air will
spill back into the region Friday through the weekend resulting in
single digit and below zero lows with sub-zero wind chills daily.
There is a low (30%) chance of snow over the weekend, mainly south
of I-72.
