DISCUSSION...

Wind chills of 10 below to 15 below zero will continue through
mid morning.

Accumulating snow may lead to hazardous travel late this evening
through tonight, especially for areas along and north of
Interstate 80.

Extensive ice cover on area rivers may cause localized ice jam
flooding.

Hazardous travel conditions may continue for part of the
Wednesday morning commute due to snow covered roads.

Gusty snow showers may result in hazardous travel conditions
Wednesday evening. Strong west winds to 35 mph may lead to patchy
blowing snow through Wednesday night.

Bitterly cold temperatures are expected Thursday night through
early next week.

Extensive ice cover on area rivers may cause localized ice jam
flooding.
