This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North and Central Georgia.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...
A Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect for portions of north-
central and northeast Georgia until noon EST. Visibility could
drop to a quarter of a mile or less in dense fog this morning. If
driving...slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday...
Another round of heavy rain, along with a few thunderstorms
mainly over central Georgia, can be expected Thursday into Friday.
Heavy rainfall will be the primary concern with an additional 1
to 2 inches expected across the area and locally higher amounts
possible. The risk for localized river and stream flooding will be
elevated through the end of this week.
