Scattered strong thunderstorms are expected from Monday afternoon
through late Monday evening, with a few possibly becoming severe.
Primary threats are straight-line damaging winds, isolated large
hail, and cloud-to-ground lightning. Localized heavy rainfall could
lead to flash flooding, mainly in low lying, poor-drainage areas.
