This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for North and Central Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Low thunderstorm chances will return to Central Texas, mainly before
sunset. Severe weather is not expected with the primary hazards being
occasional lightning strikes and gusty winds with stronger storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Thunderstorm chances will increase Wednesday through Friday night,
especially those areas southeast of a Sherman, Fort Worth, Comanche
line. Due to the tropical nature of this system, the highest chances
and rainfall totals are expected to be primarily east of I-35 and
south of I-30.

There will be a localized threat for flooding across areas east of
I-35 by Thursday and Friday. In addition, run off from heavier
rainfall into mainstem river basins across this region may result in
minor flooding, especially the Lower Brazos, Trinity, and Sabine
Rivers by the end of the week. Lastly, a strong storm or two containing
gusty winds may occur further west where stronger heating occurs
each day, but no severe weather is expected. Rain and storm chances
will diminish over the weekend but return to the Red River Valley and
eastern Central Texas Sunday and Monday.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
