This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.
.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight
A few thunderstorms are possible in southwest Virginia and
northeast Tennessee this afternoon. Damaging wind gusts and large
hail are possible with the strongest storms.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday
Parts of southwest Virginia and northeast Tennessee will have
isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon.
Storng wind gusts and hail may be possible with the strongest
storms.
A few strong thunderstorms possible Wednesday mainly across the
Cumberland Plateau counties. Strong winds and possible severe hail
may occur.
