Minnesota...North Dakota...

* Fargo...on the Red River...in Clay and Cass Counties
* East Grand Forks...on the Red River...in Polk and Grand Forks
Counties
* Oslo...on the Red River...in Marshall...Walsh...Polk and Grand
Forks Counties
* Crookston...on the Red Lake River...in Polk County
* Mapleton...on the Maple River...in Cass County

...The flood warning continues for these river locations in

Minnesota...

* Hallock...on the Two Rivers River ...in Kittson County

.Continued snow melt with the warmer temperatures and ice jam
potential will or has caused rivers to rise into the minor or
moderate category. Some light precipitation is expected Monday night
into Tuesday with mostly rain but a chance for some snow to mix in.
No little to no other precipitation is expected over the next
several days.


This forecast is for a 7-day period...the highest stage
indicated may not reflect the crest for this event.

Forecasts are updated daily and stage values will change
as new weather and river information is used.

River forecasts use 24 hours of forecast precipitation
between April 1st and October 1st, and 48 hours otherwise.
However, depending on the situation, they may include
precipitation expected through the next 72 hours.

* Minor flooding is occurring and during the next 7 days...Minor
flooding is forecast.
* Minor Flood Stage is 905.0 feet.
* Forecast...the river will rise to a crest near 906.8 feet sometime
Saturday mid-morning. The river will fall below Flood Stage early
Tuesday morning.
* The river is forecast to crest at 906.8 on Saturday mid-morning
during this 7-day period.
* Impact Statement(s) - At 907.0 feet, Flooding begins on high ground
near gage.

* Impact Statement(s) - At 19.0 feet, Fargo...Low-level dam south of
Main Avenue is underwater.

* Enderlin...on the Maple River...in Cass and Ransom Counties
* Hillsboro...on the Goose River...in Traill County

. Continued snow melt expected to cause a rise in area rivers. Some
light precipitation is expected Monday night into Tuesday with most
expected to fall as rain. Minor flooding is expected at both
locations late this weekend into early next week.
