* WHEN...From this afternoon to late Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water inundates some lowland and
agricultural land near the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 21.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 22.5 feet tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
