northwest Ohio.

Locally heavy rainfall in showers and storms into may lead to ponding
of water and a risk of flash flooding.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...


The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio, including the
following areas, in northern Indiana, Adams, Allen IN,
Blackford, Cass IN, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Miami, Wabash,
Wells, White, and Whitley. In northwest Ohio, Allen OH,
Defiance, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, and Van Wert.

* Through Monday morning

* Widespread 1 to locally as much as 3 inches of rain is possible
across the watch area, mainly this evening. Recent wet ground
will cause a large amount of this rainfall to runoff and
potentially flood streets, fields, lowland areas, streams and
creeks. There is the potential for flash flooding, especially in
urban areas and in flood prone spots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

Always take an alternate route if water is crossing the road.
Turn around, don`t drown. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
