This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight


Low temperatures are expected to fall below freezing across most
of the area tonight, as low as around 28 degrees. A Freeze
Warning is in effect for the area. Please refer to the National
Weather Service website at weather.gov/desmoines for additional
details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday


Freezing conditions may again occur Saturday night into Sunday
morning with lows into the upper 20s to lower 30s.

Thunderstorm chances return to the forecast early next week. The
severe weather potential is low.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is unlikely through at least the middle of next
week.
