This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north Alabama and portions of
southern middle Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Tonight...

There is a slight chance of thunderstorms across northwest Alabama
towards daybreak. However, most of the area will remain dry.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday...

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible mainly south of the
Tennessee River on Thursday, and across the entire region Thursday
night. However, storm coverage and intensity is expected to
increase from Friday afternoon into Saturday. Strong to severe
thunderstorms will be possible during this period producing damaging

Although coverage will diminish on Sunday, scattered afternoon
thunderstorms will still be possible.


Activation of storm spotters and emergency management personnel is
not anticipated at this time.
